As well as extensive annual work on domestic boilers, we also carry out several commercial boiler installations each year.
This is one of the installations carried out last year. PH Heating engineers removed the old out dated heating system in the building, which once supplied heat for the hall and adjoining college. As the output was reduced to 120kw, two band A high efficiency Viessmann boilerswere installed in cascade.
This gives the advantage of one boiler working in the unlikely event that the other boiler breaks down. The boilers supplied newly installed fan convectors, which were separated into four zones, the result being that each zone can be used independent of the others. Also installed was a Viessmann high efficiency pressurized cylinder, which supplies hot water to the new toilet block and changing rooms.

PH Heating engineers also carry out installations in small commercial buildings such as churches, as many of these boilers become unsafe or inefficient to run. To counteract this we can improve the efficiency of the heating system by installing high quality band A boilers with weather compensating controls . Through PH Heating these boilers also come with long warranties and a great back up service. Pictured (Left & Right) are two boilers installed in churches in the area. These boilers were replaced due to the boilers being unsafe to use. We take pride in the quality of workmanship in all our work, which will be registered with the relevant authorities and will always be installed to current standards and regulations.

Certification and efficiency documentation can be supplied on request, We will carry out work on overhead heaters, commercial boilers and other appliances found in factory units. After work has been carried out, the customer will be entered onto our customer database, giving them priority over new customers.
